My Tamiya 1/10th Scale Sand Viper (DT-02) off-road buggy is getting tired of collecting dust on my shelf, and needs a new home! Only ever used to play around with as a “nostalgia” item harking back to when I had Tamiya buggies in the late 80s. Car is fully assembled in great condition, perfect for bashing and playing around with. With the right tires and such, you could even get your feet wet in a’rookie’ racing class with this, before moving up to a dedicated racing model. Hand assembled “roller” chassis with many updated fasteners (screws to bolts) for durability. Full ball bearings, oil shocks, turnbuckles. Japanese import hop-up parts like aluminum servo mounts, spindles, etc… A-Main “Slingshot ECO 17.5T” brushless motor and Tamiya electronic ESC speed control. Spectrum 2CH receiver, futaba steering servo, LIPO battery monitor (beeps when low). 5000MAH GensACE stick pack LIPO battery that fits right in. Still a ton of cycles left on it. 2 sets of mounted tires, one for pavement/general and one set of pins for dirt. 1 set of front and rear wheels. Lots of extra suspension plastic parts’spares’. 27 and 29T pinions, spare trans gears. Original 540 brushed motor. Brand new Tamiya body and wing still in bag. Original Box and manuals. To make this kit completely ready to run, you will need to provide the following on your own (NOT INCLUDED). Spectrum 2CH compatible transmitter/controller.
